This is so wicked! Before I lose myself and just keep typing 'THIS IS SO BOSS', I have QUESTIONS!

This shading style is so great! The hair, the clothing-- How did you do that? I imagine I could emulate that with some long hours spent using layers and layers and tiny brush sizes... I just wonder if there is a certain trick you used to attain such effects of badassedry?

The lighting looks very natural (except of course, the light emanating from Tony, which shouldn't be natural anyways ) and I'm also very impressed with the smoke and glow effects. How did you get the cigarette smoke to do that whispy thing up above his head?! THAT'S ASTOUNDING, SIR!

Anyways, I've written a short novel. THIS IS SO TOTALLY BOSS! Thank you!

ooh, questions!! Lets see....

except for the lighting effects, the majority of the shading was done with a custom brush... that I no longer remember the settings for or where to find the tutorial... so if my computer ever gets waxed, I'll have to come up with a new style. I noticed just now that I left some brush marks in the highlights on RJ's shoulder that kinda shows what the brush strokes look like. The hair was alittle different, added shadows and highlights, then smudged the hell out of 'em. On the Kotor Girls picture I stopped there. Lately I've been adding a step and using a teeny tiny brush to add additional teeny tiny lines...

The cigarette smoke? Drew wavy gray lines, then smugified it a bunch.
